IKM is a perfect example of this. I have loved doing research and writing and planning over the last few months. This was never something I really envisioned for myself until I was shown the tools and resources, and then the spark hit and IKM was born. Working on this has been one of the greatest and most challenging adventures, and I can’t wait to see it grow and evolve even more.

The truth is, the right hobby is not about being the best at something. I actually think the best way to find a hobby is to do something you think you are absolutely horrible at. You may surprise yourself. If I never started reading (I was a slow reader and that always pushed me away), I may have never discovered my favorite hobby.
Find one that feels realistic and enjoyable. And if you try it out and don’t love it, move onto something new. There are soooo many hobbies out there to choose from, so don’t stick with something you really don’t like.
Here are some steps you can take to finding the perfect hobby for you.
Start With Curiosity
Your hobby doesn’t need to be impressive, productive, or profitable. It only needs to spark your interest. Think about what naturally draws your attention.
Ask yourself:

- What did I enjoy doing when I was younger?
If you love scrolling Pinterest boards about baking, art, or fitness, that is a great place to start. Your curiosity is already pointing you toward something that could become a meaningful part of your routine.
